Therefore as part of our ongoing commitment to driving the highest standards of customer service, SpecTec has invested in a new web based customer support tool. This provides full visibility, automatic notifications and status updates relating to all support tickets raised with our customer helpdesk.
The new support software provides a secure and seamless experience for customers that will ensure support tickets are processed and resolved faster and more effectively.
The system implementation is to be managed through a phased approach to ensure a smooth transition for our customers. Further added value features; including a knowledge base, are to be introduced over the coming months to further enhance the support experience.
